Developing and strengthening tap technique and terminology highlighting the importance of rhythm and sound. Using both “classical tap” and “street tap”, we focus on rhythms and intricate footwork, creating a percussion instrument with the dancer’s feet.

*NEXUS Pointe will have four levels of classes for ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and hip hop that are based on his/her skill level and not age. Dancer must be assessed to see what level class to take.
